Return and Refund Policy

We will accept Returns with a 20% Restocking Fee.
Cancellation Fee is $5 per Share-pack created,
The package must be mailed back within 21 days at the expense of the client.
Shipment must be returned to the address it was shipped from.
The item must be returned unused.
Our organic worm castings are fresh and work with our formula at their peak freshness. Delayed return requests will be thoughtfully addressed but we ask that the client accept responsibility for an untimely return request.
We will have the return processed within 2 business days.
